Returns will be accepted if the item you receive arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent.
Once the damaged/wrong item has arrived, please send a picture to : email@example.com ; we will resolve your issue and send another item quickly.
If you wish to cancel your order, this can only be processed by contacting us directly at : firstname.lastname@example.org.
This must be done immediately, all our products are made to order so if your cancellation occurs after your order is processed or dispatched we will be unable to refund you.
All deliveries for chocolate products are made with Royal Mail, either First or Second class and tracking options depend on your decision at the checkout.

We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your package goes missing or is extremely delayed please contact us directly as above.
All our products are handcrafted by hand; in the literal sense they are lined, shaped and painted by hands.
Each product is unique and it may be slightly different from the others, as it is not an homologated work of an industrial machine.
